It was an honor to sit down and converse about the calling of preaching with Dr. Judson Lake. This conversation is the result of 20+ years of preaching packed into one short segment. We could have spent hours more speaking of the topic that we love, nevertheless this was truly a blessing and I pray that you are blessed as much as I was. We are blessed to see how Jesus has blessed Dr. Lake's ministry and we look forward to the many more blessings that God has in store.

Jud Lake has been with the School of Religion since 1997. Before coming to Southern, he served as a pastor for 10 years in the Gulf States Conference and two years as youth pastor/Bible teacher at Broadview Academy in the Illinois Conference. He wrote his Doctor of Ministry dissertation on time management in the ministry and his Doctor of Theology dissertation on homiletical methodology.
